About Barbara

Hailing from the Dolomites of Trentino, Barbara is a climber well suited to the hilly Ardennes classics and stage racing. Having grown up in the mountains, Barbara has a natural affinity for those days on the bike when flat sections of road are few and far between. Barbara proved herself as a top GC competitor in 2025 with a slew of WorldTour top-tens. Sixth place at the UAE Tour, eighth at the Giro d’Italia, ninth at the Vuelta a Burgos and 13th at the Tour de France Femmes proved her qualities as one of the sports best overall athletes.

Barbara brings a special sense of Italian community to Human Powered Health, has a keen interest in helping athletes with eating disorders, and aspires to become a big name in cycling and a healthy person off the bike.
