Svein Tuft talks team building ahead of Classic de l’Ardèche and La Drôme

Coming off a strong team performance at last week’s Ruta del Sol, the men of Rally UHC Cycling arrive in the Ardeche region of eastern France for Classic de l’Ardèche and La Drôme. The last time the program visited the region, Sara Poidevin claimed third place atop Mont Ventoux in the 2018 Women’s Tour de l’Ardèche.

This weekend’s races mark the end of a five-week European campaign that began on the Spanish island of Mallorca in late-January and included Robin Carpenter’s Sprint Classification win in Murcia and Colin Joyce’s fifth place in Andalucía.

A large part of the team’s success this season can be attributed to the signing of WorldTour veteran and team captain Svein Tuft. The Andorra native spoke to the team about the program’s progress, passing on his knowledge, and what to expect in Classic de l’Ardèche and La Drôme in the video below.
