As Human Powered Health lines up for the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, the team will do so aboard an exclusive custom-painted XXRAY SpongeBob SquarePants-inspired Factor ONE.
The ONE XXRAY PLUS SpongeBob SquarePants Edition combines elite racing performance with bold creativity, bringing a fresh visual statement to the biggest race in women’s cycling.
The custom designs are based on artist Jason Freeny’s iconic XXRAY interpretations of SpongeBob SquarePants, revealing the imagined anatomy beneath each character’s familiar appearance. The concept mirrors Factor’s engineering philosophy, where the true performance of the Factor ONE comes from the advanced aerodynamic design, carbon construction, and engineering beneath the surface.
For Human Powered Health, the special edition bike reflects a shared belief that high-performance sport and creativity can coexist. While the Factor ONE delivers the speed, efficiency, and handling demanded at the highest level of racing, the vibrant graphics celebrate the personality and growing cultural appeal of women’s cycling.
Factor Global Creative Director Jay Gundzik adapted Freeny’s artwork to the bike’s sculpted aerodynamic frame, creating large-scale graphics that make a striking impression without compromising the bike’s race-winning performance.
