The youngest rider on Human Powered Health, Makayla is the 2021 U.S. junior national champion in the road race and an emerging star. She developed her talents stateside through the esteemed LUX Cycling and Milligan University cycling programs and immediately brought her ability to the European classics scene, racing the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix Femmes. A voracious reader, Makayla decompresses from racing blocks and her nursing studies by sinking into a good book and drinking quality coffee.
