1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Human Powered Health Cycling (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional partners, advertising agencies, and immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 28 at 8AM CT, and closes on December 25 at 11:59PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, visit the Sweepstakes entry page as directed in promotional materials. Submit your email address and select the specific Prize Pack drawing you wish to enter. Limit one (1) entry per valid email addressduring the Promotion Period.

Automated entries, duplicate entries, or entries in excess of the stated limit will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

5. PRIZES (6 Total)

Sponsor will award six (6) prize packs (each, a “Prize Pack”) to six (6) winners. At the time of entry, entrants must choose the Prize Pack they wish to enter for; winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries for each Prize Pack.

Each Prize Pack consists of cycling, performance, and lifestyle products provided by Human Powered Health Cycling and its promotional partners, including items such as:

  • Cycling apparel and accessories (e.g., Pactimo, Smith, Supacaz, Tracksmith, Wahoo)
  • Training, recovery, and performance tools (e.g., WHOOP, CORE, Momentous, Park Tool)
  • HumanGo subscription access
  • Cycling care and organization products (e.g., Finish Line, NeatCleats)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize Pack is under $600 USD. Actual value may vary; any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Prize Restrictions:

  • Limit one (1) Prize Pack per winner.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance and use.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for each Prize Pack. Drawings will occur within ten (10) business days after the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Prize Pack.

Potential winners will be notified by email within ten (10) business days after drawing. Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and acceptance of prize within a specified timeframe, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its partners to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or unauthorized human intervention.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes from among eligible entries received up to the time of such action.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, promotional partners, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation or acceptance and use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any claims must be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Minnesota.

11. PRIVACY

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes. This includes sharing your email address with the promotional partners participating in this Sweepstakes so they may send you marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in the emails.
