Road captain and Classics expert Romy Kasper has extended her contract through 2025.
The extension takes Kasper into her seventeenth year as a professional cyclist. She is one of the most experienced and respected riders in the Women’s WorldTour peloton.
“It feels good to stay for another year, especially as I am still not done with Paris-Roubaix,” she says. “In general, I feel super happy with the team and my role as a road captain. To share my experience with the younger girls and guide them in the races is important.”

Kasper is a crucial part of the stage race teams and an important cog in the lead-out train for Daria Pikulik. This was most obvious during Pikulik’s podium finishes at the UAE Tour Women and Classic Brugge-De Panne where Kasper was instrumental in the finale.
“I feel great in this team,” she says. “We are growing together with a lot of new riders. Step by step we connect and more podiums and victories are coming. Every rider wants to grow and everyone in the team puts the effort in to make us better,” she adds. “I like that mentality of never stopping working on ourselves and chasing to make us better. This is a big family, all riders and staff members and I like to work in this environment.”
