All-rounder Marta Jaskulska has signed with Human Powered Health through 2027.
Hailing from Biskupiec, Poland, the 25-year-old reinforces the Classics squad and will be a strong teammate in stage races. Jaskulska is also accomplished against the clock, winning the Polish national time trial championships in 2024.
“I’m super excited to have this opportunity,” says Jaskulska. “I already have some friends on the team, and I like a good atmosphere. I like it when a team is committed to one goal, as often I am working, so when everyone is putting the hard work in, that is something I enjoy.”
Jaskulska signs from CERATIZIT Pro Cycling Team and will join up with former teammate Kathrin Schweinberger, as well as compatriots Daria and Wiktoria Pikulik, whom she raced with back in Poland.
Her experience in the Classics will be key in 2026.
“I love the hectic races, the Belgian Classics,” she explains. “I love it when it’s narrow roads and cobbled sectors and you have to position yourself, even when the weather is rainy, I like it.
Jaskulska has chalked up top tens in some marquee one-day races and podium finishes at Kreiz Breizh Elites and Chrono Gatineau.
“Marta brings a wealth of experience and strength to our squad,” says Ro De Jonckere, General Manager. “Her versatility and proven ability to deliver in the biggest races make her a fantastic addition to our roster.”
Jaskulska also has an eye on other aspects of her development.
“I’d like to go a bit better in the Classics but also focus on my climbing skills,” says Jaskulska. “There are plenty of climbers to learn from, like Barbara [Malcotti]. She had made big improvements on the team, and I want to do similar.”
Jaskulska found her way into the sport through her family, with her father and two uncles being part of a local cycling club.
“I was always asking to join,” she says with a smile. “I started my first race on a mountain bike and then joined the club. I learned the basics from my dad, and he was always explaining that it was super hard, but he helped me so much. I haven’t looked back since.”
Off the bike, Jaskulska focuses on her mindset.
“I love yoga and some painting when I am not racing, and I am also learning Spanish,” she says, having moved to Girona with her boyfriend. “I love to travel, so I’m always researching.”
Her artistic pursuits are something she got into during a period of injury recovery.
“I broke my ribs and didn’t know what to do with all the time,” she explains. “So I started painting and doing yoga to help with my recovery, and I love it.”
