Human Powered Health has renewed its commitment to women’s cycling through 2028. The three-year partnership with Human Powered Health Cycling, aligned with the next UCI Women’s WorldTour cycle, furthers the team’s and organization’s shared mission of powering health and athletic performance, as well as advancing women’s cycling and women’s sport as a whole.
The partnership is the result of a shared vision for human performance, established in 2021 by Minneapolis-based Human Powered Health and Circuit Sport, the team’s longtime management firm. This vision has shaped the team’s culture and drives its continued pursuit of becoming one of the top five women’s cycling programs in the world.
“We are incredibly proud to extend our partnership with Human Powered Health for the next three years,” says Human Powered Health Cycling General Manager Ro De Jonckere. “Their long-term commitment provides the fuel we need to pursue our ambitious goal of becoming a top-five team by 2028.”
De Jonckere, with her esteemed track record in the sport, will continue to oversee the team’s development from its service course in Belgium.
“Women’s cycling epitomizes the values of our organization,” says Dan Cohen, Chief Performance Officer of Human Powered Health. “This team embodies the grit and courageousness it takes to make a difference, whether that’s winning titles or breaking the cycle of reactivity in American health culture. We look forward to the continued growth of the team and find tremendous inspiration in their success. They remind us that true health is self-made, and achievable through our four Pillars of Performance — movement, mindset, fuel and recovery.”
“Beyond the race results, Human Powered Health is the ideal partner to help us elevate performance on every level,” continues De Jonckere. “From cutting-edge support through their Performance Labs and training insights to a shared belief in the values that underpin true success. The Pillars of Performance are deeply aligned with our team’s philosophy, making this partnership not only strategic, but authentic.”
Human Powered Health’s Performance Lab network will continue to provide state-of-the-art testing and individualized data science for team athletes.

“The insights we gain from testing these elite athletes are invaluable,” Cohen added. “They help each athlete and the team collectively evolve in how they train, fuel, think and recover, while deepening our understanding of what sets the most elite performers apart.”
From podiums at some of the sport’s most iconic races to breakthroughs in performance science and athlete care, the partnership continues to deliver results across industries and international borders.
